Join our dynamic team as an Information Technology - Data Analytics & Development specialist in Orlando, FL. [Responsibilities]
- Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA database solutions and ETL BODS jobs with minimal guidance
- Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Nifi workflows, data pipelines, and data replication processes
- Rapidly address and resolve production issues to ensure continuous operation and meet customer needs
- Implement automation and process optimization for daily ETL tasks, leveraging creative problem-solving
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and data mapping
- Conduct impact analysis, data lineage assessments, and contribute to data governance initiatives
- Support data-driven analysis, metric reporting, and analytics execution using visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP, PLM, MES, and related systems
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 6+ years hands-on experience with SAP HANA database and SAP Business Objects suite
- Strong proficiency with SAP BODS and Nifi ETL tools
- Advanced knowledge of data engineering, data warehousing, and automation
- 3+ years utilizing analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve urgent production issues
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with impact assessment, data lineage, and documentation
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and quality practices

- Proven track record with ERP, PLM, or MES systems integration
