Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within Cybersecurity Operations, Insider Threat, Incident Response, Security Monitoring, or related areas.
- Implement Insider Threat Programs, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls, investigative workflows, and user behavior analytics.
- Manage security projects, engage stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize and maintain SIEM, EDR, IAM/PAM, and other enterprise security monitoring platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in cybersecurity or related disciplines.
- Proven experience with Insider Threat Programs and DLP controls.
- Strong understanding of investigative workflows and user behavior analytics.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, IAM/PAM, and enterprise security platforms.
- Regulatory compliance experience preferred.
