The office is about 80 people and this role is joining a team of 15-20 people across several offices.Job DescriptionSupports lawyers and business professionals with information governance, records management, and practice support needs, including onboarding, training, service requests, and day-to-day guidance on firm systems and procedures. Maintain and organize files, records, and other essential documentation. Facilitates off-boarding and matter close-out activities by supporting retention, transfer, disposition, compliance review, and related coordination for departing personnel, clients, and assigned matters. Bachelors degree (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.What's on OfferSalary range: $63,000 to $85,000 per year.
