Location: Mount Laurel, NJ / Fort Lauderdale, FL / Charlotte, NC/Hybrid
Duration: 12 months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension

Project 2: Governance and oversight of technology issues management program
Team Size/Culture: 9 people + various other teams and senior executives

Candidate profile details:
Degree/Certifications Required: Post secondary and certifications are an asset
Years of Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience
Preferred Candidate Background: strong communication skills, executive level writing, easy to get along with

Previous control testing and audit experience

big 4 consulting firm experience

This role is more focused on Technology issues and issue management in governance and risk management side & regulatory exam findings
Slove Technology issues and handle regulatory issues

Must have skills:
-1st 2nd and 3rd line of business exp is required
-Big 4 client exp
-Reporting is must (ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint ,Confluence and Advanced Excel - Macros )
-Data analytics and automation exp
-Building data reporting is good to have
-Internal audit
-Control testing and control design someone who can understand and have knowledge on it
-Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
-Able to analyze the data and pick the things up quickly
-Need to understand and analyze what is control is and issue is and able to recognize the issue
-GRC Governance , risk, and controls
-Well organizational skills is must because this role involves lot of monitoring
-Risk management and issue remediation
-Certification is not mandatory if they have extensive relevant experience.
