Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations supporting product development, manufacturing efficiency, quality improvements, and cost reduction initiatives. This leadership position will serve as a key technical resource across the organization, partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Tooling, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions and support continued business growth.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Support new product development from concept through production launch.
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methodologies.
- Oversee engineering documentation, process controls, work instructions, and engineering changes.
- Partner with production teams to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality on PPAPs, process validation, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
- Manage engineering projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources.
- Support tooling development, die design, implementation, and performance improvements.
- Provide technical support for customer requirements, product applications, and manufacturing optimization efforts.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
- Strong background in precision manufacturing, metal stamping, machining, assembly, and tooling.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing best practices.
- Experience within ISO-certified manufacturing environments.
- Proven success driving process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
