Industrial Engineer with Advanced Six Sigma

Overview

We're hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing performance, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an electronics production environment.

This role focuses on line balancing, cycle time reduction, Lean manufacturing, and productivity improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop process flow charts, VSM, and material flow diagrams
  • Perform line balancing and takt time calculations
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
  • Analyze labor utilization and operator loading
  • Track KPIs, OEE, and productivity metrics
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards (UPLH, throughput, cycle time)
  • Drive quality improvements, defect reduction, and CAPA
  • Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
  • Ensure compliance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610)
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams

What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • 5-7 years in industrial engineering, preferably in electronics/PCBA manufacturing

Technical Skills

  • PCBA & box build processes
  • SMT & PTH knowledge
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
  • Basic AutoCAD
