Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Own and improve manufacturing processes, performance, and process control systems to ensure efficiency and quality.
2. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and RCCA methodologies.
3. Drive efforts to reduce scrap, improve yield, and optimize throughput and quality in the manufacturing process.
4. Support new product launches, process validations, and engineering trials to ensure successful and seamless integration into current processes.
5. Support process improvement and capital equipment projects, providing technical expertise and leadership.
6. Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and control plans to ensure compliance and efficiency.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership in project management using ERP systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is preferred.
4. Proven experience with ERP systems and cross-functional project leadership.
5. Demonstrated ability to support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions using Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and RCCA methodologies.
6. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, performance, and process control systems.
7. Proven ability to reduce scrap, improve yield, and optimize throughput and quality in a manufacturing environment.
8. Experience supporting new product launches, process validations, and engineering trials.
