Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead/developoffice in Indianapolis
- Supervisestaff working on preliminary/design engineering services
- Workwith local agencies and private clients in Indiana
- Assistwith business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings)
- Mentor/trainjunior staff
Requirements:
- B.S.in Civil Engineering
- Master’sdegree preferred
- 12+years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
- Supervisoryexperience
- Experienceworking with the City of Indianapolis preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
