Our expert team helps you curate source warehouse fulfill and ship your branded merchandise and company swag so you dont have to lift a finger. Our clients love our full-service platform and they are some of the biggest companies in the world including OpenAI Google Sephora Netflix and more.

Responsibilities We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to convert warm inbound leads into happy long-term customers. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience and a strong understanding of branding promotional marketing or corporate gifting. Overall responsibilities include:

• Closing deals and managing the full inbound sales process
• Handle inbound leads via email phone and chat guiding potential customers through the sales process
• Qualify leads understand customer needs and recommend the best promotional product solutions
• Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide curated recommendations and creative ideas for branded swag and merchandise
• Follow up on inquiries and proposals to move deals forward
• Work closely with design sourcing and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and smooth project execution
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential repeat customers by delivering exceptional service

You would be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelors degree in related field and 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in promotional products merchandise e-commerce or B2B sales
• Strong understanding of branding promotional marketing or corporate gifting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a persuasive consultative selling approach
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inbound inquiries and follow-ups
• Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM software email automation tools and online quoting systems
• Experience working with startup and tech companies is a bonus
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
