The Opportunity

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5:30pm EST for the first 3 weeks.
Shift details: 12:30-9pm EST, Monday - Friday.
PLUS One weekend (Saturday & Sunday) a month (10-7pm EST) on a rotating schedule
On the week you work weekend, you will be given 2 days off during the week to compensate for the weekend work. (not necessarily consecutive.)
Candidates that are within 50 miles and commutable to a MetLife office will be required in-office 1x per month.
The Inbound Sales Representative - Pet Insurance is responsible for driving new pet insurance policy sales by engaging directly with pet parents through inbound calls, email, and chat in a fast-paced contact center environment across the United States. Guided by our purpose-always with you, building a more confident future-and aligned with MetLife's growth strategy, this role plays a critical part in expanding access to affordable pet insurance solutions. The expected salary range for this position is $41,600. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
