What you’ll do
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on in‑store ice production and bagging systems
- Work across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC/R disciplines
- Interface with low‑voltage controls and programmable logic controllers
- Document all work using a handheld device and follow reporting SOPs
What you bring
- 2+ years’ experience in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or plumbing service/repair
- Knowledge of low‑voltage controls and/or PLCs
- Valid operator’s/Class C driver’s license and acceptable MVR
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld tools for reporting
Preferred
- Journeyman certification/license in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical fields, or equivalent experience

Work environment & physical requirements
- Retail store setting with frequent driving between stores and plant locations
- Minimal travel with possible overnight stays
- Weekend, night, and holiday work required; overtime may be necessary
- Lift up to 60 lbs; operate installation lift equipment
- Climb ladders and use power tools safely
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
- Manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships, and reason through complex business situations
