Our client is a real estate consultancy in search of a mid-level Attorney with 6+ years of experience with the below:General construction experience - in-house or law firm is required.Experience with drafting and negotiation of various professional consulting documents.Experience with identification and management of risks related to the construction industry.Experience with project management, construction management, cost management, and consultant agreementsExperience with insurance coverages in the construction industry including professional liability, commercial general liability, auto, builders' risk, and cyber liability.Experience with general corporate matters including corporate governance and regulatory compliance.Candidates must be licensed in Connecticut or ADMITTED in a jurisdiction capable of waiving into the Connecticut Bar.
