What You Get- Pay Upgrade: $80-$120/hour (up to 19% commission rate per job)
- Monthly Bonuses: Based upon performance

What You'll Do- Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
- Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
- Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
- Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
