Are you a motivated, outgoing individual who loves sales, networking, and building relationships? Art of Drawers Phoenix is looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Design & Sales Consultants.
We specialize in transforming existing cabinetry with custom hardwood pull-out drawers, innovative storage solutions, and cabinet refacing.
We're looking for go-getters who create opportunities—not individuals who wait for leads to be handed to them.
What You'll Do
- Generate your own sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Conduct in-home consultations and recommend customized cabinetry solutions.
- Present designs, prepare estimates, and close sales.
- Develop relationships with homeowners and local referral partners.
- Build your own customer base and grow your business.

- Home improvement, design, real estate, or relationship-based sales experience is a plus.
Compensation & Opportunity
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation. No salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed company leads.
Self-generated lead development is the primary responsibility. Additional company-generated appointments may be offered based on individual performance and business needs.
