Implementation Leader

Location: Tampa, FL – Hybrid
Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Duration: Jan 29, 2027

Summary:

• Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate calls with customers and brokers to ensure accurate completion of all key deliverables in the implementation process.
• Obtain required information to complete the installation process from sales and service partners, brokers, and customers.
• Identify implementation-related problems and help resolve issues.
• Participate on or lead Continuous Improvement and strategic Projects during off-peak season.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients through various communication methods.
• Able to multi-task and balance client-facing interactions, tight deadlines, ad hoc issue resolutions, internal documentation requirements, and overall client satisfaction.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to modify and develop procedures and policies to meet reporting needs/requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• 1 year of Insurance industry experience is preferred and/or possesses knowledge of contract language for life, accident, and disability products.
