Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience working with a variety of immigration forms and case types. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.


Responsibilities


  •  Prepare and assist with immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to Forms I-485, I-589, I-765, I-130, I-601, I-601A, and other USCIS filings 
  •  Assist clients in completing forms and gathering the necessary supporting documentation for their cases 
  •  Monitor and follow up on pending cases with USCIS or EOIR and other immigration agencies 
  •  Maintain regular communication with clients by providing case updates and answering questions 
  •  Coordinate and organize documentation for immigration processes such as residency applications, petitions, waivers, asylums, and work permits
  •  Efficiently manage an assigned caseload while ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
  •  Maintain organized case files and documentation 
  •  Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team 
  • Manage and monitor assigned client cases.
  •  Communicate with clients and provide case updates. 
  •  Gather and organize required documents. 
  •  Maintain accurate case records and notes. 
  •  Track deadlines and follow up on pending items. 

Qualifications


  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
  •  Prior experience handling USCIS immigration forms
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Excellent communication and client service skills 
  •  Experience with immigration case management systems is a plus
