Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing law firm. This role requires regular court appearances, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage and supervise cases efficiently. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning and expanding into other areas of law.

Responsibilities:

Appear in Immigration Court (master calendar and individual hearings)

Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Organize and manage case files and supporting documents

Supervise paralegals and support staff

Communicate effectively with clients and court personnel
