    Description

    Our firm is seeking a skilled Immigration Attorney to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a hands-on, litigation-forward role for an attorney who can manage a heavy caseload, advocate fiercely for clients, and navigate the full spectrum of U.S. immigration matters with confidence and precision.

    What You’ll Do
    • Manage a diverse and active caseload with strict deadlines
    • Prepare and review immigration applications, motions, and briefs
    • Handle filings across family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based matters (VAWA, I-360, T-Visa, I-914, U Visa, I-918, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)
    • Represent clients before USCISEOIR, and other agencies
    • Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings
    • Conduct legal research, analyze complex case issues, and advise clients accordingly
    • Maintain consistent client communication and case updates
    • Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards
    What We’re Looking For
    • J.D. from an accredited law school
    • Licensed to practice in Florida
    • Minimum 3 years of Immigration Law experience
    • Strong command of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and agency requirements
    • Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
    • Ability to draft and review legal documents with precision
    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Highly organized and comfortable in a high-volume practice
    • Willingness to collaborate and train with senior attorneys
     
    Schedule
    This is a full-time, on-site position in our Fort Lauderdale office.
    Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
    (No remote or hybrid options.)
