Liaison with platform provider’s Compliance team
Ensures adherence with Corporate-mandated compliance programs
Collaborate with internal team members within various departments & ensure all relevant KPIs are achieved
Responsible for Weekly & Monthly compliance related reports
Review and Respond to customer complaints filed with the regulator (DGE & PGCB)
Plan for long term objectives and expansion into other IGaming jurisdiction
Help with Ad-hoc projects
Stay up to date with new state specific regulations. Communicate new regulations to the affected Stakeholders/departments
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
1+ year of experience in the IGaming Industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
College Degree preferred
Strong Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficient Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
