As the IDP Program Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping grant‑funded programs running smoothly by coordinating activities, supporting partners, and helping track progress toward meaningful community outcomes. Job Summary

Coordinates, facilitates, monitors, and reports on assigned grant activities and/or services with

participating public or social service agencies and programs which may include addressing workforce

development, educational, and research objectives.

Essential Functions

Creates and monitors program plans, schedules and budgets. Collaborates with program experts

to provide service solutions and recommends alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.

May also assist in the development of grant proposals and/or external funding partnerships.

Assists with the development and implementation of promotional materials, participant internship

opportunities, campaigns, and/or events. May lead staff/students and/or participate in the design

and implementation of marketing materials and websites. May represent and interface with

assigned grant participants and personnel including other state institutions.

Documents and tracks progress of one (1) or more programs compared to goals to assist program

leaders in the development of program strategies, goals and vision. May utilize specified reporting

processes and procedures.

Coordinates and prepares budgets, invoices, reports, materials and presentations to support

leaders with financial, operational and/or special programs.

Coordinates and/or leads one (1) or more program tasks as assigned by program leaders.

Consults with leaders or experts on new or complex issues to determine the appropriate course of action.

Required Education and Experience

  • 60 hours of college coursework in related field
  • One (1) year of experience in related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

General knowledge of program coordination practices, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress toward goals.

Understanding of grant compliance requirements, reporting processes, and documentation standards.

Knowledge of basic budgeting, invoice processing, and financial tracking procedures.

Strong written communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, presentations, and correspondence.

Ability to track, document, and monitor one or more programs in alignment with grant expectations, program goals, and reporting requirements.

Ability to collaborate with program experts, leaders, and external partners to support program objectives.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position.

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not

limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.

Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
