This leader will be responsible for advancing engineering capabilities that enable secure, scalable identity services across a complex technology environment.
The role will help shape the organization's multi-cloud IAM strategy, including how identity capabilities are consistently deployed and consumed across Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
A key focus will be evolving toward a cloud-agnostic, self-service model that simplifies application onboarding and enables greater portability and resiliency across cloud platforms.
This leader will also help advance IAM capabilities supporting emerging technologies, including cloud security and agentic solutions, while building an engineering organization positioned for the future.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $215,000.00 - $355,000.00
