Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The IAM Specialist will be responsible for managing user access to our organization's systems and applications, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies and best practices, as well as experience implementing and maintaining IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures
• Manage user access to systems and applications
• Monitor and audit user access to ensure compliance with security policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve access issues
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance IAM processes
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IAM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• Extensive experience in Okta and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth
• Experience with IAM tools and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
