Ian's Pizza - Shift Supervisor

• $19/hr Guaranteed Minimum*. Shift Leaders typically earn $19-$24/hr with base wage, post-10pm bonuses, and tips included.

*Your hourly earnings are guaranteed! If your base pay, after-10pm bonus, and tips total less than the guaranteed minimum during a two-week pay period, Ian’s covers the difference. You’ll never earn less than your guaranteed minimum wage.

Ideal candidates will be available for late-night shifts (10pm-4:15am) on Sundays and Mondays. Late-night shifts are required once per week. If you are looking to work the late night shifts between Sunday-Thursday, two late night shifts per week is preferred.

We're open daily from 11am-2:30am! Some typical shift times, but not all, include lunch (10am-5pm), dinner (5pm-10pm), and late night (10pm-4:15am).

The “big cheese” on shift! You’ll lead the team and keep things running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll serve customers, support the kitchen, and make sure we’re delivering high standards for both food and service. You’ll assign staffing, oversee shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and jump in wherever you’re needed to keep the shift on track.

You’ll also help train new team members, roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready to roll.

• 6+ months experience in a Supervisory role in the food/beverage industry. 
• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply. 
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably.
