What You’ll Do:Provide top-tier automotive service in:

• Engine analysis & repair
• Fuel injection systems
• Steering & suspension
• Exhaust systems
• Computer-controlled systems
• Struts, shocks, heating/cooling, brakes, and more

Career Paths Available:Entry-Level Technician / Maintenance Technician

• Work side-by-side with a mentor
• Earn OEM certifications
• Starter tool kit with cart available on consignment

C-Level Technician

• Complete A/B level work with mentor guidance
• Continue OEM training (self-paced & in-classroom)

B-Level Technician

• Mid-level OEM certification
• Maintenance and repair work with some heavier jobs
• Flat-rate pay plan

A-Level Technician

• Handle complex diagnostics, electrical, drivability, and advanced safety systems
• Engine/transmission rebuilding
• Direct OEM engineer collaboration
• Eligible for up to $20K sign-on bonus

A-Level Master/Diesel/Transmission Specialist

• Master diesel or transmission rebuild expertise
• Flexible pay plans
• Eligible for up to $25K sign-on bonus

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• OEM and/or ASE certifications preferred
• Tools appropriate for your skill level
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a drive to produce
