    We’re Acreage CCF NJ, operating within Canopy USA, LLC. Our integrated portfolio—Superflux (flower), Jetty (vape/concentrates), Wana (edibles/beverages), and The Botanist (retail)—positions us to scale across Midwestern and Northeastern markets. As we unify operations under Canopy USA, we’re seeking a hands-on manager to lead day-to-day hydrocarbon extraction and processed goods production.

    Your impact

    • Own daily lab operations—drive safe, compliant, and efficient extraction with a spotless facility and precise documentation.
    • Build and guide a high-performing team—create schedules, allocate work, coach for growth, and resolve issues quickly.
    • Hit production goals—partner with the Senior Production Manager to plan capacity and align with business needs.
    • Standardize excellence—author and iterate SOPs for extraction, distillation, winterization, refining, formulating, and gas/equipment handling.
    • Safeguard quality—maintain audit readiness to meet state rules, OSHA requirements, and GMP expectations.
    • Protect uptime—manage cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and safely.
    • Innovate—advance workflow efficiency, product consistency, and formulations; share insights on cannabinoids, terpenes, and distillation science.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • 21+ years of age
    • High school diploma/equivalent required; bachelor’s in biology, chemistry, or related field strongly preferred
    • 5+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in a leadership role at a state-certified cannabis extraction/processing facility (strongly preferred)
    • Deep hydrocarbon extraction expertise and proficiency in post-processing methods
    • Capability to work independently and within a team, following established instructions and practices to completion
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Google Sheets, Docs, Drive
    • Experience with inventory systems and standard lab/office equipment

    Preferred qualities

    • Knowledge of OSHA and safe hazardous-materials handling
    • Leadership that develops people and maintains a positive, productive environment
    • Exceptional organization, analysis, and time management in fast-paced settings
    • Excellent communication, active listening, and solution orientation
