The ideal chef should be well-versed in classic dishes such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Kadi Chicken, Pathar Ka Gosht, Talawa Gosht, Mutton Korma, Chicken 65, and other Hyderabadi delicacies known for their rich aromas and layered spices.
