Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm with seven offices nationwide. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America® Best Law Firms and Chambers Spotlight, the firm represents employers, businesses, insurers, and professionals in employment, construction, commercial, and professional liability disputes.

Compensation: Base salary ranging from $150,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience and level

Schedule: Hybrid

Bar Requirement: Active California Bar membership required

Billable Requirement: Approximately 1,850 hours

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and other substantive filings.
  • Taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for trial.
  • Working directly with clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation outcomes.
