Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership
Develop, maintain, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
Capture and transfer institutional knowledge to support leadership continuity
Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and office operations
Prepare and process expense reports
Track KPIs and manage executive dashboards and reporting tools
Identify and support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Proven experience in an executive-level support role
Previous experience working remotely
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation and organizational abilities — this is a critical requirement
Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools (Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, dashboard tools)
Professional presence; polished and articulate in all interactions
