Job Title: HVAC Technician
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent; trade school preferred

Job Description:

• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Client facing role
• Some teamwork, but mostly independent

Resource's typical working day:

• Complete daily work orders
• Changing filters
• Painting/patching
• Light plumbing
• General maintenance
• Light electrical

Licenses/Certifications:

• Fork lift and safety certifications would be a plus

Must Have Skills:

• 5 years + with commercial or residential multi-family experience
• General maintenance skills
• Basic electric
• Basic plumbing
• Light carpentry

Nice to have skills:

• Commercial door maintenance skills
• Specific past experience in either Electric or plumbing

Soft Skills:

• Good customer service skills

Software skills:

• Tablet experience
• Basic computer experience
