What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
- Inspect HVAC systems for safety, efficiency, and proper operation.
- Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.
- Prepare repair and replacement estimates.
- Recommend maintenance agreements when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory.
- Deliver the five-star customer experience our customers have come to expect.
What We're Looking For
- HVAC service experience preferred.
- Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Professional appearance and quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
