HVAC Services Technician III
Location: Orlando, FL
Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Fully Onsite, MondayFriday
Compensation: $25$40/hr (depending on level of experience)
Position Overview
The HVAC Service Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Perform Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (skill of level IIIII technician).
Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, and hydronic system understanding & troubleshooting.
Active Technician License.
EPA Certification.
Hands-on experience performing installation, commission, and maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Travel approximately 05%
Ability to climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps
Frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, and perform repetitive motions
Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to weather conditions, noise, and active construction sites
