    Key Responsibilities

    • Own full project lifecycle: kickoff, execution, closeout, and warranty transition
    • Manage budget, forecasting, cost control, and change orders
    • Build and maintain project schedules; coordinate labor, equipment, vendors, and subs
    • Lead internal coordination with estimating, engineering, BIM/VDC (if applicable), and field supervision
    • Run owner/GC meetings, document decisions, and drive action items to completion
    • Review and process submittals, RFIs, pay apps, and closeout documentation
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality expectations
    • Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business through performance

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of HVAC/mechanical construction project management experience (commercial preferred)
    • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plans/specs, and job cost principles
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency with project documentation and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project/Primavera, Bluebeam, Excel)
    • Excellent communication skills with GCs/owners, vendors, and internal teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with design-build or negotiated work
    • Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash resolution workflows
    • Background working for a mechanical contractor (rather than only GC side)
    • OSHA 30, PMP, or similar credentials (nice-to-have)

    Benefits (Typical)

    • Health/dental/vision
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • PTO + paid holidays
    • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (depending on project needs)
