A day in the life:
- Utilize your HVAC experience and troubleshooting skills to perform start-up and commissioning services; share your experience with teammates
- Install Commercial HVAC equipment including DX equipment to 50 tons, water source heat pumps, fan coil units, unit heaters, ductless split systems, and other HVAC
- Perform tenant fit out alterations including ductwork replacement, alterations, and thermostat relocations
- Perform installation, replacement, and retrofitting services for commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal products, and ductwork
You should have:
- Industry experience 3-years’experience working as a Service and/or Installation Technician
- Journeyman or Master’s HVAC License
- Universal EPA certification
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Professional demeanor and positive, caring attitude
- Must be able to work independently and without supervision
- Ability to read and follow prints and other job-related documents
