What You Will DO:
- Work closely with the Installation Department and other teams to ensure timely and accurate installations in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service on every job
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
- Request necessary parts and equipment in advance for each installation and verify the truck is properly stocked with all required materials
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or manager
What You NEED:
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. - Basic HVAC knowledge
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity and ability to perform installation tasks
