A well-established residential home services company in the greater Los Angeles area is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead their installation department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running a team of installers, keeping jobs on schedule, and holding the crew to a high standard of quality and workmanship. Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 per year, including a department performance bonus, and the position is available immediately. Key Responsibilities



• Lead, schedule, and manage a team of HVAC installers from job handoff through completion
• Ensure every installation meets code, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
• Coordinate with sales, service, and the install coordinator to keep the schedule full and on track
• Conduct quality checks and final walkthroughs to protect customer satisfaction and reduce callbacks
• Coach, train, and develop installers, holding the team accountable to production and safety goals
• Manage equipment, materials, and job readiness so crews have what they need on install day
• Track department KPIs and drive toward revenue and efficiency targets

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



• 3 to 5 years minimum of residential HVAC experience, including time in installation
• Prior leadership, lead installer, or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
