The Role: We are looking for a General Manager to act as the true technical and operational partner to our ownership team. You will have a direct hand in shaping the company culture, selecting equipment, and expanding our footprint into the city.
Responsibilities:
Location: Evanston, IL
Pay: $120,000 to $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Act as the final technical authority for all residential HVAC projects.
- Register with local municipalities to ensure proper trade compliance.
- Coach technicians on high level customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of proven leadership in the HVAC sector.
- Excellent communication skills and high personal integrity.
- Clean background check and driving record.
