Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

We are a growing industrial distribution group headquartered in Mundelein, IL, made up of multiple operating companies that serve customers across the country. Our finance team is building a stronger, more standardized close process across the organization, and we're looking for a hands on accounting leader to take ownership of balance sheet integrity across all of our entities.

Job Details

10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from AP, AR, and inventory through the GL, month end close, and financial statements
Own the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across multiple entities, including AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany, and cash
Prior people management experience, with a hands on leadership style and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Experience with Trintech Adra, BlackLine, or similar reconciliation software, plus advanced Excel skills; Infor M3 or other ERP experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and manufacturing or distribution experience preferred. This is an onsite role in Mundelein, IL
