Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Specialist

WVCI is seeking an experienced, proactive Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fastpaced healthcare organization with more than 350 employees. This role is responsible for fullcycle recruiting across clinical and nonclinical roles while also supporting core HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and employee support.
The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a highly regulated clinical environment. This position also supports the US Oncology Compliance Program, including adherence to the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $65,000-$75,000. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.
