    Description

    Our client, a Automotive Aftermarket company, is looking for a Human Resources for their Troy, MI location.

    Responsibilities:

    • As talent acquisition (ta) partner, you will play a central role within client hiring across the americas.
    • For acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast paced dynamic environment
    • Across multiple business units including; engineering, manufacturing, finance & it & more.
    • Acting as a talent hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, Including:
    • Advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider business stakeholders across client
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and
    • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
    • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years recruitment experience ideally within a technical recruitment environment.
    • Experience hiring corporate positions (finance etc) an advantage
    • Bilingual: english and spanish
    • Experience recruiting in usa an advantage
    • Knowledge of how to maneuver within an applicant tracking system (ats), preferably workday.
    • Research skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive simplicity.
    • Detail oriented combined with a passion for doing the right thing the right way.
    • A learning enthusiast, following trends and publications in the market outlining new ways to differentiate.
