Volt is immediately hiring a Human Resources Specialist - Campus Recruiter in Tucson AZ.As a Human Resources Specialist - Campus Recruiter you will Support the full lifecycle of campus recruiting for interns co-ops and entry-level hires. Partner with recruiters hiring managers and Campus Engagement Leads to execute talent acquisition strategies. Participate in intake meetings and assist with creating accurate and engaging job postings. Source and screen qualified student candidates through campus recruiting events university partnerships and direct outreach. Coordinate interviews gather hiring feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams. Support offer and onboarding activities to provide a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within Workday and other systems. Assist with planning and executing campus recruiting events both virtual and in-person. Track recruiting metrics and prepare reporting to support program effectiveness. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compliance and alignment with recruiting and onboarding processes.This is a Full time Temp to Hire roleRequired Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition Communications Marketing Higher Education or a related field. Experience using applicant tracking systems preferably Workday. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other productivity tools.Preferred Qualifications Campus recruiting experience. Experience supporting university recruiting programs internship programs or early career talent initiatives. Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
