Duties

Provide technical guidance on Federal benefits, compensation, personnel processing, payroll, leave, and workers' compensation matters.

Serve as the primary customer-facing business partner for Shared Service Center customer accounts and service integration.

Coordinate issue resolution among customer agencies, technical staff, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
