• Oversee multi-state HR compliance and ensure adherence to employment regulations across four states.

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee relations across multiple locations.
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount management, and strategic HR initiatives.
• 
  

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

• 
  
• HR management experience with responsibility for employee lifecycle and compliance functions.
• 
  
• Experience supporting multi-state HR operations and employment compliance.
• 
  
• Strategic, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment; SHRM certification is a plus.
