Salary: $46,165 – $59,318 annually | 100% on-site and located in Elkhart, Indiana

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Assist with recruitment efforts and scheduling interviews
- Help organize training sessions, compliance tracking, and HR reporting
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR support or coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR)
