Global manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance initiatives supporting just over 100 employees. Most roles are commercial and located off-site. This well-known company offers an excellent benefit package and room for growth. You will partner closely with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM certification a plus
