Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations across multiple field and operational locations, partnering closely with business leaders to support a large hourly workforce in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role will have significant responsibility for employee relations, labor relations, workforce engagement, talent management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting unionized employees, navigating complex employee relations matters, and driving HR initiatives across geographically dispersed operations.Job DescriptionServe as the primary HR business partner for operational leaders across multiple locations.Lead employee relations activities, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and policy interpretation.Build strong relationships with frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and union representatives.Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements while ensuring compliance with labor contracts and company policies.Manage grievance processes and partner with leadership on labor relations matters.Coach leaders on employee relations, performance issues, conflict management, workforce planning, and employee development.Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.Monitor workforce metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, retention, and employee relations trends, to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Partner with safety and operational leadership to promote a strong safety-first culture.Lead and support organizational change initiatives across multiple locations.Oversee leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation, and related employee programs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
