What You'll Do
Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
Coach managers on employee development, accountability, and workplace issues
Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary employee resource
Manage HR reporting and employee records through Paylocity
Conduct annual employee check-ins to support engagement and retention
Train leaders on effective interviewing and hiring practices
Coordinate quarterly employee events and community outreach initiatives
Build relationships with local trade schools to support recruiting efforts
Participate in occasional technician ride-alongs to better understand field operations
What We're Looking For
Five or more years of Human Resources management experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience coaching managers and handling employee relations
Experience administering employee benefits
Paylocity experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across the organization
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or another skilled trades industry is preferred
