Human Resources Internal Recruiter

Required Qualifications:

2 plus years of experience in human resources, internal recruiting, or a related role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with ATS systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive employee information

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified internal candidates across all non-clinical roles
Post and manage job listings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews
Manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring internal roles
Track applicant activity and maintain accurate records in our ATS
Human Resources:

Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and compliant
Support leadership with employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination as needed
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
