Human Resources Intern

Position Overview

The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR data management, company activities, and special projects.

This position is located on-site in Green Bay, WI and reports to the Sr HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR Management Systems with confidentiality.
• Assist with training, company activities, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
