FORVIA is looking for a year-round HR Intern for its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Human Resources Administration Intern reports to the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) team and is responsible for providing administrative support to employees in the areas of People Services and Global Mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to better assist HR teams and standardize new and existing policies

• Assist with digitization and standardization efforts in the HR function.

• As directed, provides support for assigned processes, including, but not limited to:

• I-9 Compliance Management

• Payroll Compliance Management

• HR-related invoicing and purchase requests

• Mobile Device Administration

• Partnership with facilities management to complete front desk administration duties

• Other duties as assigned

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communication or related field.
• Available for on-site responsibilities 3 days per week
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
• Results orientation with strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural organization
• International mindset, strong analytical skills
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
