Atlanta Technical College (ATC), a state agency, is seeking highly qualified to fill its Full-Time HR Generalist position, in the Office of Human Resources. This position will be located on ATCs main campus, just South of Downtown Atlanta.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess and demonstrate a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in an area related to assignment AND two (2) years of full-time experience in a position directly related to the performance of the job.
Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Requirements:
Preference may be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess and demonstrate three (3) or more years of experience within Human Resources with a State of Georgia agency or TCSG institution office, processing transactions in TeamWorks HCM, experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post and screen vacancies, experience managing FMLA and Workers Compensation, and providing guidance on Employee/Manager relation issues.
Physical Requirements:
Some lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required in this position.
